KodeKiddo Selected as One of Only 14 Global Leaders Worldwide by Code.org
Palo Alto, USA, 1 March 2026 — KodeKiddo is proud to announce that it has been selected as a Global Leaders Partner by Code.org, one of the world’s most respected nonprofit organizations dedicated to expanding access to computer science (CS) and artificial intelligence (AI) education.
KodeKiddo is among only 14 organizations globally chosen for the inaugural Code.org Global Leaders Program, a flagship initiative designed to empower high-impact partners with the vision and capacity to bring CS and AI education to classrooms at scale. The program recognizes changemakers who are committed to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to understand and shape the technologies of the future.
“This selection is a meaningful recognition from a global organization and a strong testament to KodeKiddo’s mission, credibility, and long-term commitment to advancing computer science and AI education,” said Meilani Hendrawidjaja, founder of KodeKiddo. “We are honored to represent our region on the global stage and to continue expanding access to high-quality CS and AI learning for students and educators.”
“KodeKiddo has demonstrated both vision and execution in bringing high-quality computer science and AI education to students and educators. Through the Global Leaders Program, we are excited to deepen this partnership and support their continued growth and reach” said Karina Borja, Director Global BD Code.org.
As a Code.org Global Leader, KodeKiddo will:
- Lead the way in AI education by piloting Code.org’s AI courses starting in 2026
- Strengthen teacher professional development through structured learning toolkits and resources
- Join a global community of practice, connecting with peer organizations through bimonthly calls, newsletters, and international events
- Implement high-quality CS and AI curriculum from Code.org, fully translated into Bahasa Indonesia, in Indonesia schools and communities.
The Global Leaders Program is Code.org’s highest-level partnership, supporting organizations that actively promote and implement CS and AI curricula in schools, deliver teacher training, share curriculum usage data, and collaborate within a global network of education leaders.
On February 28, 2026, representatives from all Global Leaders convened for an official kickoff meeting with Code.org’s new CEO, Karim Meghji, and Karina Borja, Director Global BD. The session brought together partners from around the world to introduce their organizations, align on shared goals, and discuss future collaborations to accelerate CS and AI education globally. The meeting marked an important milestone in strengthening cross-border partnerships and collective impact.
